Thank you to UN for the following pics...
And thanks to Bill from the Bon Accord club for this shot of the Great Cubbie whizzing (yes, of course Cubbie can 'whizz!) round the track, vrooooooooom pop pop pop.
And now for some from my collection - difficult to post any of my 'old bike' related photos, as Old Bike Mart will have first call on them, but here for your pleasure is a selection that covers the rest of the days activities.

can I get a copy of the original piccie file ? Like the original large format one ......
I'm thinking commercial opportunity here, posters and the like.......
Move over suzi perry, GBC is now boss......
It's UN you should be thanking for those pics guys! You know me, I only take pics of Triumphs....
Yeah Johnboy, I could sign em at shows and stuff, teehee. Hmmm. Luckily, I don't have the original!
Glad you liked the pictures. I've always liked the 'street scrambler' look, so when there were such good examples together I wasn't going to miss the chance of a photo. It was a great show, and well worth going to.

Can a Cubbie actually "whizz" around a track?
Just kidding, don't hurt me.
When is it you're coming to Scotland, Darrell?
As soon as possible, Mrs. But not right away, the girl I work with just had a baby so now I work alone for a while.
Nice "Long Frame" model in the pics. What did it used to be?
Hi Darrell, The 'Long Bike', in common with most of the bikes used by the Purple Helmets is based on a heavily modified Honda C50/70/90 'Cub'. These guys are seriously crazy and more of their exploits can be seen at their website http://www.sheepskullenduroriders.com/page16.htm
The 'Piano outfit' is powered by an MZ ETZ 250, and GBC seemed to be particularly interested in the piano player!
