A CUBBIES COUNTIES ANNOUNCEMENT

You can now view the 'Cubbies Counties Part 1' video on YouTube by clicking on the this link www.youtube.com/watch?v=oOzc5odusiU and then selecting 'full screen' mode.

Or you can watch the small screen version right here on the blog. If your internet connection is anything like mine (jumpy and bitty), click play, then as soon as it starts, click pause, and let it stream a bit before you start watching.

Oh, and turn up the volume ;-)

Great video G.B.C.
Methinks the BBC should have been filming Cubbie's Counties instead of Great Drives, it would have made an interesting series.
Well done,

Stuart

Really enjoyed the vid, nice to see bits of the country through some elses eyes.
I agree wi Stuart, it would be nice to have a film company make it into a series, certainly it would be a lot more interesting than most of what they broadcast.

Hello guys, thank you for your comments. I'm glad it's not just me that thought it would have made an interesting BBC series. Hey, d'you know anyone in the right places?

Still, at least you'll get the book...one day...

Wrong page I know, but having an spare moment while GBC chats to one of her fans, I was catching up with the Bond Fantasy. I think they are all brilliantly mad and quirky. What a cultured and thoughtful audience we have. Gotta go watch Waking the Dead (Creepy noises off stage left)

Just mind the signed copies of the book, when its finished ;-)

Hi Biker Chick, I'm from the USA, Bristol, Connecticut to be exact and a friend of yours Vic, apparently known to you as Slick, asked me to look at at your blog and leave a comment. Havent looked at everything but you have quite a site there and I'll be looking at more when I get the time. You folks really have a beautiful country and seem to really enjoy the old bikes, I like that, not sitting in museums collecting dust. Take care and enjoy! Frank

Hey, Glad you got on here Frank.
Maybe you can take over from me and keep winding her up when I`m away.
Yes we do use our bikes here, and that is why I have been searching the world for parts for the Benelli, and you are helping me get the parts, and we have become friends, BIKERS THE WORLD OVER ARE THE SAME.
Say Hi to Mrs G.B.C. also, if you check back you will se she has got a horse for her birthday but she wont teach me to ride, after all I`ve done for her.
Ride em Dont hide em, Slick

That's what, four us now Darrell?

Great video of the Cubbie adventures there GBC. Tis great seeing the sights of Scotland. I was up in Eddinburgh last year, rode from the Midlands on a BMW. The ride from Carlisle to Edinburgh along the A72 was excellent.

Went back via Pebbles, Biggar to the A1(M), loved every second of it. Hope to do it again in the future.

Damn, well so much for being unique! Must say, I've meet a bunch of nice people being a biker nut and I see no exceptions here. Vic is quite the fellow Biker Chick, and I believe his wife will be in line for "Sainthood" just like mine. I do have a web site www.rodentdog.com but haven't managed any updates this year, the new software they have won't let me publish the pages, got to call them and find out why. Oh, and Vic, stay away from the horses, riding and betting! HaHa! Frank
